1. General Policy

 


All sales made through STM are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons related to change of mind, size issues, preference, or normal wear.


By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the conditions outlined below.

 


 

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds (Defective Products Only)

 


A refund or replacement may be granted only if the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery.


To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

 

  • The defect must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery

  • The issue must be clearly documented with photos and/or videos

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

 


Requests submitted after the 3-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 


 

 

3. Exclusions (Non-Refundable Cases)

 


Refunds or returns will not be issued in the following cases:

 

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Personal dissatisfaction or change of mind

  • Damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or normal wear

  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or fit, which are inherent to production

  • Failure to follow care instructions

 


These cases are explicitly excluded from our refund policy.

 


 

 

4. Inspection & Approval Process

 


Once a claim is submitted:

 

  1. The request will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe

  2. STM reserves the right to request additional proof if necessary

  3. If the claim is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued at STM’s discretion

 


STM reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the stated conditions.

 


 

 

5. Refund Method

 


Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If a replacement is issued, STM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

 


 

 

6. Limited Production Disclaimer

 


All STM products are produced in limited quantities.

In the event a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at STM’s discretion.

Claims sent through social media or unofficial channels will not be considered valid.

STM operates on a limited-release and controlled-distribution model.
